What we process and why

Newsletter. Your email and page language, to send you “The Tuesday Receipt”. Legal basis: your consent. Kept until you unsubscribe.

Showcase. Your app’s name, address and description (published) and your email (not published), to review the app and notify you. Legal basis: your consent. Kept while the app is listed and up to 12 months after.

The till. The web address you paste, to check it and generate the receipt. We don’t link it to you: the result is cached for a few minutes so we don’t repeat the check, then deleted. Legal basis: providing the service you request.

Technical logs. To prevent abuse we limit uses per IP; the IP is stored hashed and deleted within an hour. Our hosting provider also logs technical data for each visit. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

Contact. Whatever you email us, to reply. Kept as long as needed to handle your message.

Who we share it with

Hostalia, our hosting provider in Spain, stores the site and form submissions as our processor. Your data doesn’t leave the European Union. When we start sending the newsletter through an email provider, we’ll list it here.

We don’t sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to or restrict the processing of your data, ask for portability and withdraw consent at any time by emailing hola@launchito.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 14.
